Lawn Spray Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Spray Technician to join our team. Duties

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatment products using appropriate spray equipment
• Conduct inspections of lawns to identify pest issues or areas needing treatment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely for application purposes
• Maintain and calibrate spraying equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed, including planting, trimming, and soil preparation
• Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical handling and application procedures
• Keep detailed records of treatments applied and property conditions for client files
• Communicate with clients regarding service plans and recommendations for lawn health

Skills

• Knowledge of lawn care practices, pest control methods, and landscaping techniques
• Experience with sales or customer service is a plus for explaining services and upselling treatments
• Familiarity with farming or agriculture practices enhances understanding of soil health and plant care
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment safely and effectively
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record for transporting equipment and traveling between sites
